Coastal Modified Series Basic Rules-

· IMCA/UMP Style Modifieds

· Spoiler

o 5” rear spoiler allowed on all cars.

o No more than 3 supports.

· 2400 lbs for cars with steel heads and flat tappet cam.

· 2450 lbs for cars with aluminum heads and/or roller cam.

o Cars with aluminum heads must have 50 lbs weight bolted ahead of engine plate.

· Quick Change rear ends okay (steel tubes only).

· 15” diameter X 8” wide steel wheels only.

o Bead locks allowed on right side only (max width 8.75”).

· Hoosier IMCA G-60 Tires Only.

o Grinding and siping of tires okay (No Grooving).

o No soaking/softening.

· Must have a window net and/or approved arm restraints.

· Gasoline, Methanol, or E85 Ethanol only.

· Raceceivers are mandatory.
